- Entry is open to residents of the UK only and the prize bundle will need to be collected in person at Derbion Customer Services by 24th December 2025 unless otherwise stated.
- All prizes and discounts can only be claimed/redeemed at stores and venues within Derbion and cannot be claimed at other national locations.
- The competition runs from 1st December to 12th December 2025.
- The winner will be contacted on 13th December 2025 by email only.
- The prize bundle will only go to one person and will not be separated.
- Winners have until 4 pm 24th December 2025 to claim their prize. Details on how to claim your prize will be sent to the email provided when entering.
- The entrant must be aged 18 or over.
- Use of a false name, false address or other false details will result in disqualification.
- Formal ID will be required to claim the prize such as a passport or a driving licence.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit
- The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
- Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions
- The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition
- In the event of a prize being unavailable, Derbion reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value
- The winner agree to the use of their name and will cooperate with any other reasonable requests by the Derbion relating to any post-winning publicity.
- Unless stated otherwise the winner will be drawn at random and all decisions are final.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, they will forfeit the prize.
- Confirmation of the prize will also be made in writing to the winner via email
- Failure to respond and/or claim the prize in person, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize
- Where applicable, the decision of Derbion is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time
- Derbion and associated employees and/or family and friends of Derbion employees are not eligible to enter the competition.
- The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material
- In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the terms and conditions (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail
- If the prize is not claimed by 24th December 2025 remaining prizes may be allocated to a future competition on a further date at Derbion discretion.
