The Derbion Gift Card is the perfect gift for all occasions from birthdays, Christmas or just to say thank you.

It’s plastic-free and made from 100% recyclable materials, it can be used at over 120 stores, restaurants and leisure venues at Derbion including NEXT, Zara, Pandora and restaurants such as Wagamama, Zizzi’s and Carluccio’s, alongside popular leisure destination Hollywood Bowl.

What is the minimum amount a gift card can be purchased for?

The minimum load amount on a single Gift Card is £10.00

What is the maximum amount a gift card can be purchased for?

The maximum load amount on a single Gift Card is £1,000

Can I top up my Gift Card?

Gift Cards cannot be topped up, they are a single load only.

How can I check the expiry on my Gift Card?

By scanning the QR code located on the reverse of your Gift Card, visiting the website detailed on the reverse of your Gift Card, In Centre via the Customer Service team.

How can I activate my Gift Card?

If the Gift Card was not activated when purchased, you can scan the QR code located on the reverse of your Gift Card, visiting the website detailed on your gift card, in centre via the Customer Service team. Please ensure you have the receipt or email detailing your activation code.

Is there a way to tell if my Gift Card has already been activated?

I have lost my Activation code?

How can I check my Gift Card balance?

Can I use my Gift Card to make purchases online?

The Gift Card can only be used for in-store purchases at the Centre the Gift Card has been issued for.

My Gift Card has expired, what should I do?

Please visit The Customer Service desk at Derbion.

How can I make a complaint?

Please contact our customer services team to raise the complaint or email us at [email protected].

Please provide your 9-digit number printed on your Gift Card along with the details of your complaint.

How long is my Gift Card valid for?

The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Where can I spend my Gift Card?

The Gift Card can only be spent at participating stores at Derbion. Please visit the website detailed on the reverse of your card for Retailer acceptance.

My Gift Card declined when I tried to make a purchase?

Firstly check if the Gift Card has been activated and available funds to spend by either scanning the QR code on the reverse of your Gift Card or visiting the website detailed on the reverse of the Gift Card

I have a refund on my card, how long will it take to be applied to my Gift Card balance?

Most refunds take 2-3 business days to be applied to the balance on the Gift Card but in some cases take longer.
