Step into the dynamic world where retail meets healthcare as a Sales Advisor at M&S Opticians.

In this role, you’ll inspire every customer, confidently discussing everything from new glasses to our hearing care services. By actively listening to customers, explaining offers and products, and creating a welcoming environment, you’ll ensure an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities include booking appointments, meeting and greeting customers, guiding them through frame and lens selection, and performing fittings, adjustments, and simple repairs. With a passion for service and attention to detail, you’ll support each customer’s journey to find their perfect solution. Full training will be provided but optical experience is preferred
