Parent Rooms
There are three Parent Rooms located in the centre one on Level 1, across from TG Jones, one in the Food Court and also one in Copecastle near basement car park. In each of the rooms there are the following facilities;
- Feeding areas
- Nappy disposal bins
- Changing areas
- Child toilets
Quiet Rooms
Can be offered for Prayer – photo ID required for free loan of key.
Kiddy Cars
Kiddy Cars are available to hire on level 1 outside Sainsbury’s or Specsavers.

The price is £5 for 1 hour or £9 for a full-day hire payable directly through the Kiddy Cars app.
Please note a £15 deposit will be held on your card and refunded less the usage when the car is returned.
Lost Property
All lost property should be handed into the customer service desk located outside Boots on level 1.
