Derbion has announced that popular coffeehouse Black Sheep Coffee is set to open at the centre this summer.
Located opposite JD on Level 2, the new 1,854 sq. ft store will bring Black Sheep Coffee’s speciality‑grade coffee to Derbion. Known for its bold approach to flavour and quality, the brand offers a carefully curated range of innovative coffees, refreshing smoothies and tasty snacks, including its much‑loved Norwegian waffles.
Shoppers will be able to enjoy some of the finest beans available, with highlights including Robusta Revival, a unique single‑estate coffee, as well as the world’s only specialty‑grade, 100% robusta bean blend.
The opening follows the recent arrivals of Wingstop and Hawaiian‑inspired eatery Moana Poke. Further openings are planned, with Bath & Body Works joining the centre this summer and Primark due to open in 2027.
Beth McDonald, Managing Director of Derbion, said: “We’re incredibly proud that Derbion has been chosen as the first Derbyshire location for Black Sheep Coffee, and we’re looking forward to welcoming the brand to the centre very soon.
“Our customers are increasingly seeking quality, choice and welcoming spaces where they can relax and socialise as part of their visit and the addition reinforces our commitment to making Derbion a vibrant, experience-led destination that continues to evolve in line with changing consumer tastes. We look forward to sharing further centre news soon.”
