The £2 All Day Parking promotion is available every Thursday from 2 July 2026 until 30 July 2026, inclusive.

Eligibility

How to Redeem

Customers must scan the promotional QR code at the payment machine before making payment.
The promotional QR code can be displayed on a mobile device or printed.

Valid Car Park

Exclusions

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other parking promotion, discount or offer.
The promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
The QR code must not be copied, altered or reproduced for commercial purposes.

General

Standard parking tariffs apply outside of the promotional dates or where the promotional QR code is not presented.
Derbion reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.
By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Jay Clarke and Yasmin Clarke Social Competition

The prize of the Competition is a one-hour padel experience with Jay Clarke and Yasmin Clarke. There will be one winning pair selected, with the winning pair receiving one experience together. Complimentary padel equipment hire will be provided as part of the prize.
The Competition will close at 23:59 on 12th July 2026, and submissions beyond this deadline will not be valid and therefore considered.
The prize will be valid for redemption on Monday 27 July 2026 between 10am – 4pm only (with the one-hour time slot to be agreed with the competition winner) and cannot be used thereafter.
Entry to the Competition is free and every participant is entitled to a maximum of two entries.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over except employees of Derbion and any of its retailers, restaurants or leisure facilities, including Social Sports Society and Flo Skatepark.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The winner will be picked at random and notified via Instagram direct message, where they will be asked to provide an email address for further information.
The promoter will contact the winner via email to arrange how to redeem the prize.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Customer Survey

Customer Survey – £250 Gift Card Prize Draw

By completing the customer survey, you will be entered into our quarterly prize draw.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
One entry per person per quarter.
Prize draws will take place on 30 June 2026, 30 September 2026, and 31 December 2026.
One winner will be selected at random in each quarterly draw.
Entries received after a draw date will be carried forward to the next quarterly draw.
Winners will be contacted using the details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Winners must collect the gift card from the London Road, Derby, DE1 2PL.
Prizes are non‑transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
By entering, you agree that your feedback may be used for service improvement purposes.
Personal data will be used only for the purpose of administering the prize draw and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Staff of Derbion and Staff of Retailers within the Derbion are not eligible to win this prize.
