We’re excited to share that globally loved lifestyle brand Bath & Body Works will be opening its very first East Midlands store right here at Derbion.
Set to launch in Spring/Summer 2026, the new 1,425 sq ft store will take pride of place on Level 2, opposite Zara. The arrival marks a major milestone, bringing the brand’s much‑loved range of indulgent fragrances, body care favourites and home essentials to the region for the very first time.
Shoppers will be able to discover a wide selection of Bath & Body Works’ iconic collections – from luxurious fragrance mists, body lotions and creams to their signature 3‑wick candles, home fragrance diffusers and popular hand soaps.
Bath & Body Works joins a growing line‑up of new arrivals at Derbion. The announcement follows recent confirmations including Primark, set to open in 2027, as well as the openings of Wingstop, Boots Opticians and Hearing Care, and HMV, whose new Level 2 store will launch soon.
