To support the Head of Marketing & Communications to deliver compelling marketing campaigns that drive brand metrics,
footfall, retailer sales and market share for the shopping and leisure destination, in line with the centre annual marketing
· Support to drive and deliver the communications plan for the new Derbion brand to drive positive sentiment and
· Identify and curate engaging content from within the centre and brands and amplify locally across the centre website and
relevant channels, giving people even more reasons to visit the centre.

Work with the Head of Marketing & Communications to lead on the delivery of the annual Derbion business plan.
Be a guardian of the Derbion brand, ensure guidelines are accessible, up to date and continuously evolve with the customer at the
forefront at all times.
Plan and deliver centre events, promotions and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives in line with the overall strategy and annual
marketing plan and in line with the marketing budget.
Briefing and liaison with external marketing agencies, to produce creative options and content in line with brand guidelines including;
in-centre creative, compelling advertising, proactive PR and media engagement as well as digital and promotional advertising
campaigns that will drive brand metrics, footfall, digital engagement and repeat visits to the centre.
Support the Head of Marketing & Communications to ensure that all marketing external communications, including collateral produced
for brands, visitors, local community stakeholders, CR partners or commercial partners are in line with brand guidelines and policies.
Work with agencies to lead on the creation of all in-centre POS and signage and manage all print production and centre literature
To assist the Head of Marketing & Communications with the implementation of the centre’s PR strategy. PR activities should always
drive additional awareness the centre and its retailers.
Continually evaluate all marketing campaigns and activities to ensure they remain within budget and can demonstrate a return on
Regularly communicate with stores, through regular retailer forums, to ensure brands are fully aware of upcoming initiatives or
opportunities to get involved in centre activities and are fully engaged with the available marketing support
Where required, support the customer services team to provide timely and appropriate responses to visitor communication received
through the centre website and all social media channels.
To deputise for the Head of Marketing & Communications and be a supporting member of the centre’s management team.
To support the Head of Marketing & Communications with any reactive media, including crisis management situations.
Any other duties as appropriate
• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
• Event and campaign management
• Retail, brand or hospitality experience ideal
