THE ROLE

At Bodycare, an Experience Creator is responsible for creating outstanding customer
experiences while ensuring the store remains welcoming, well-presented, and fully
stocked.
Experience Creators are brand ambassadors who bring energy, personality, and
product
knowledge to every customer interaction. They help customers discover products,
support store operations, and contribute to the unique culture of their local store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome every customer with warmth, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Provide product advice and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Support customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well presented at all times.
• Replenish stock and maintain excellent product availability.
• Participate in community and content creation activities where appropriate.
• Support merchandising and promotional activity.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Participate in community and content creation activities where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Take ownership of personal development and performance.
