MISSION
As a Beauty Consultant, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES

– To pro-actively sell products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers

– To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager

– To pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase ATV and ATV

KPI: To achieve sales targets

SERVICE

– To be knowledgeable on all products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections

– Demonstrate products on clients by means of flash make-overs and confidently explain the benefits of each products

– To initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping

– To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs

– To develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty

– To educate clients on the brand and its products

KPI: To achieve target for Mystery Shopping

GENERAL

– To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines

– To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Counter Manager and ensure that there is sufficient levels

– To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks

– To be a brand ambassador and representative at all times

– To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook

– To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures

– To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

POSITION WITHIN THE ORGANISATION

Reports to: Business / Account Manager

Working Hours

We are looking for either x1  37.5 hour contract

Or x2 part timers so a 22.5 and a 15-hour depending on candidates.

Experience:

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Strong customer service skills

Understanding of luxury industry

Strong selling skills

Driven and results orientated

Self-confident and able to approach and engage with customers at ease

Professional and positive

Well organised, pro-active and self-motivated

Team player and good communicator

Cosmetics and make-up application knowledge – preferred but not essential

0-2 years experience needed
