Clintons – Supervisor – Part Time

Working Hours:

20 hours / week


To be responsible for the opening and closing of the store, cash handling and till management in the absence of senior management.
To support the store management team, and loss prevention team in implementing loss prevention control to prevent internal/external theft and system errors.
Responsible for running the store in managers absence.
To drive sales and profitability of the store obtaining outstanding results.
To deliver exceptional customer service with the store.
To promote high visual merchandising standards ensuring that store housekeeping standards are continually achieved.
To ensure products are well presented at all times.
To assist with stock deliveries with responsibility for stock control and stock count in the absence of the manager or Asst Mgr.
To maximise sales opportunities engaging the customer.
To operate the till effectively and efficiently.
To be a team player working together to meet and exceed store objectives.
