Rituals is looking for an energetic, team-driving, part time supervisor who will assist the Assistant Manager and Store Manager with the efficient operation of the store and to ensure customers receive outstanding service at all times by ensuring our Brand values and philosophies are brought to life.
You will be expected to:
• Be the role model for creating personalised connections with customers that exceed expectations.
• Support the Management team in achieving set KPIs and sales budgets.
• Coaches and guides development of new to role Advisors / Seasonal Advisors.
• Create a retail environment that is innovative, unique, and customer friendly.
• Observe Rituals Advisors’ performance and provide and assist, if necessary, to make long-term connections.
• Help advisors make the most of each customer interaction by sharing actions to improve outcomes.
• Own the selling floor and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Act in a manner that aligns with our values (Brand Ambassador)
• Be proactive in Loss Prevention, cash handling, and banking procedures.
