Your car parking charge will appear on the screen at our pay machines located on all levels near lifts and exits based on how long you have been in the centre.

You can then use your contactless card or insert your card to use a chip and pin. You can then drive to the exit barrier and it will lift to let you out.

All our machines are contactless meaning you cannot pay by cash and accept card payments only.

Derbion offers a drop off period of 20 minutes which is free of charge. If you exceed 20 minutes you will be charged at the relevant parking rates.

We have Tesla electrical spaces on level 4 when driving into our centre car park via Osmaston Road entrance.

Taxis can drop you off conveniently on London Road beside Derbion. The nearest rank is right outside the centre, with additional spots along the road near Cosmo and Bradshaw Way. You can request the driver stop at the drop-off zone, which offers up to 20 minutes free unloading before parking charges kick in.

If you arrive at Derby Railway Station, Derbion is just a 10 minute walk away. Follow signs through Castleward boulevard, head onto Traffic Street and then enter into the shopping centre via the underpass. Alternatively, taxis and buses are available outside the station.
