Derbion is delighted to announce YoSwirl as the winner of Hatch 2026.
As part of winning Hatch 2026, YoSwirl will open its very first retail location at Derbion later this year, bringing a fresh and interactive dessert experience to visitors.
The new store will feature a unique self-serve concept, allowing customers to create their own pick-and-mix high-protein yoghurt bowls. Guests will be able to personalise their toppings before weighing and paying at the till, offering a fun, flexible, and health-conscious treat experience.
YoSwirl’s launch marks an exciting addition to Derbion’s growing retail and leisure offering, while also celebrating local entrepreneurial talent through the Hatch initiative.
