Responsibilities of the Role:
- Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
- Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
- Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
Requirements:
- 1 year in a fast paced hospitality operation
- Be able to dial in a coffee grinder and maintain consistent shot time
- Latte art skills
- Be an excellent communicator with a can do attitude
- Have a lovely personality and be comfortable dealing with customers
