Experience:
As Store Manager of our Derby store, our ideal candidate will:

be a successful Store Manager who is sales focused and commercial with good retailing skills
have a firm understanding of KPIs and how you drive them
demonstrate effective planning and time management
know your market customer type
understand the key trends and identify customers’ needs, driving customer loyalty
recruit the best people to deliver sales and service and convert sales
manage performance effectively to ensure you train and develop the best people
