As Store Manager of our Derby store, our ideal candidate will:

• be a successful Store Manager who is sales focused and commercial with good retailing skills
• have a firm understanding of KPIs and how you drive them
• demonstrate effective planning and time management
• know your market customer type
• understand the key trends and identify customers’ needs, driving customer loyalty
• recruit the best people to deliver sales and service and convert sales
• manage performance effectively to ensure you  train and develop the best people
