We are seeking a talented Supervisor who is passionate about fashion and confident in working in a retail. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with experience in customer service and the ability to work well under pressure. Although the position requires supervising staff, the successful candidate be given full training.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining shopfloor stanards.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the workplace.
Use good judgement to make decisions in response to unexpected issues or complications.
Communicate with coworkers and management when addressing workplace issues.
Responsible of holding a set of keys to the store.
Processing refunds/exchanges
Demonstrating a high level of customer service
