Your safety

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable when visiting the centre. In light of the recent increase incases of Omicron variant and Government guidance, please see below the changes in the centre from 7th December:

Face coverings

Everyone that visits our centre, whether that’s to work or to shop, will need to wear a face covering. A face covering is something which safely covers the nose and mouth.

There are some exceptions, these being children under 11, people with disabilities or those with breathing difficulties. Members of the team will be on hand to support our visitors throughout their visit.

Policies of individual stores, restaurants and leisure operators may vary, so please check before your visit.

Social distancing

We’re asking everyone to be considerate of others and mindful of personal space. This includes when using the lifts, escalators and facilities.

To help with introducing fresh air into the centre we have increased ventilation in line with the guidance from the Government.

Hand sanitisation

We have hand sanitisation stands at key points throughout the centre for everyone to use. We ask that everyone makes use of these when entering the centre and regularly throughout their visit. Our toilet facilities also give access to soap and hot water to ensure best hygiene practices are followed.

If you feel unwell and have coronavirus symptoms, please think about others and stay at home until you are well enough to return.

Please note: as an added COVID-19 safety measure, all our car parks are now cashless.

Some retailer opening times may vary so please check with specific stores before your visit
